The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has today opened a 10 week consultation (31st March 2014 - 6th June 2014) on proposals to replace the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM 2007). The revision of CDM 2007 aims to deliver a substantially simpler set of regulations that are easier to understand and comply with, but which retain vital safety protection.
