CDM Regulations to be re-written by HSE 2012
Health and Safety Executive (HSE) will be re-writing the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM)
It has been reported by the Association for Project Safety (APS) that Health and Safety Executive (HSE) will be re-writing the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM) for implementation in 2014. Details of the revised Regulations package will be revealed in December 2012. HSE will be taking account of the current implementation of the EU Temporary or Mobile Construction Sites Directive as well as the outcome of the CDM evaluation and other health and safety reviews.
